Every Workshop incorporates our signature The P.O.W.E.R Coaching Mode that combines evidence based strategies drawn from coaching, positive psychology and hope theory that assist young people connect to their strengths and design an inspiring and hope filled, life, career and school performance pathway plan from the inside out!

The coaching plans then provide a guide for all future coach, parent or peer lead coaching sessions.

Workshop 1.
Career Coaching – My Life and Career Pathway Plan
4 – 20 hours

The Career Coaching Workshop will take young people on a journey of self-discovery where they will complete a,Who Am I? strengths based personal profile, connect to their key strengths and then design an inspiring life and career pathway plan that matches their vision, values and preferred lifestyle. 

Workshop 2.
Life Coaching – Steps for My Life Success

3 – 8 hours 

The Life Coaching Workshop, the coach will take young people through The POWER coaching steps, where they will connect to how they want their life to be, review their life in eight different domains and then create a personalised “Steps for My Life Success” action plan that can be used as a guide for all future coaching sessions. 

Workshop 3.
Performance Coaching – My TOP Performance Plan
For Year 12 / University
Approx 2 1/2 hours

The My TOP Performance Plan Workshop senior students will be taken through the five step POWER Coaching Model, where they will learn the strategies of TOP school performers and create their own tailor made school performance action plan that will take their performance to a new level.

Workshop 4.
Performance Coaching – Steps for My School Success
For Grade 4 – 12 students

Approx – 2 1/2 hours

Steps For My School Success Workshop is a highly effective way to empower students of all ages to take responsibility for their learning. Students will be taken through the five POWER Coaching steps, where they review and assess their current academic and personal performance, identify potential blockers and then create a personalised “Steps for My School Success” Action Plan. The plan can then be used to review and reset their goals on an ongoing basis.
This is Workshop is available for purchase as a stand alone program.

Workshop 5.

Coaching Young People For Success
in their Life, Career and Study

 12 hours – 50 hours

Coaching Young People For Success (CYPFS), combines the life, career and school performance workshops to form one seamless  extended coaching program where they are  design an inspiring life, career and school performance pathway plan from the inside out.  The workshop comes with a My Success Planner Workbook that can be used for future coaching sessions to assist young people stay on track to achieve their goals on an ongoing basis.

Workshop 6.
Peer Coaching Skills Training
For peer mentors & leaders

Approx 3 – 6 hours

Our CYPFS Coach will come and deliver a 1/2 to a full day Peer Coaching skills workshop for your student peer leaders or youth mentors. They will learn the role of the coach and identify their own strengths as a coach. They will also learn and practise some key coaching skills and how to lead powerful conversation the G.O.A.L Model so they can support others stay motivated and on track to achieve their own goals. 

Workshop 7.
Moving Up – Steps for My High School Success
For Primary Schools Students

Approx 2 – 3 hours

The Moving Up module assists students make a successful transition from Primary to High School. They will reflect on on their Primary years, understand the differences and challenges they may face, identify their goals and the potential steps, strategies and skills they will need to have fun and be their best in High school.

Workshop 8.
Parent As Coach
Approx 2 – 6 hours

The Parent as Coach Workshop assists parents reflect on the different parenting style and understand their own style as a parent. They will also learn some key coaching skills that will help them to support their children identify and take responsibility for their own goals and then be able to support them overcome potential obstacles and strengthen the emotional skills they need to be successful.
