Learn how to take people on a journey of self-discovery where they will connect to their strengths and design an inspiring life and career pathway plan that matches who they are and what is important to them. Their plans can then be used as a guide to focus your ongoing coaching conversations. Every participant will be registered as a My Career Coach leader and receive a leader toolkit for lifelong use, with up to 30 hours of life and career coaching activities they can deliver in groups, one-to-one or via the My Career Coach portal straight away!

Their well-being plans can then be used as a guide to focus and "fast-track" positive and lasting behaviour change. Learn key evidence-based coaching skills and how to lead strengths-based conversations that are proven to enhance motivation, resilience and promote goal striving. Every participant will be registered as a My Life Coach and receive a leader toolkit, that includes up to 20 hours of activities they can deliver with groups, one-on-one or via the My Life Coach portal straight away! No Subscriptions.
