My Career Coach Leader Accreditation Training

Assist young people connect to their strengths and explore their passion for life and work.
Includes a toolkit and 30 hours of curriculum for groups, one-on-one or via the My Career Coach portal.
Become an accredited leader and instantly access all the resources you need to deliver the My Career Coach program online or offline in groups and one to one. It comes with up to 30 hours of coaching activities that you can deliver straight into any career and transition, employment, work readiness or one to one support program.
Participants will learn how to take young people on a journey of self discovery where they will complete a Who Am I? personal profile, connect to their strengths and design an inspiring life and career pathway plan that matches who they are and what is important to them. Their plans can be used as a focus for all your ongoing career coaching conversations.
Training Overview:
- Overview of My Career Coach & leaders toolkit
- Introduction to coaching, positive psychology & hope theory
- The 5 P.O.W.E.R Coaching steps to career and life planning
- Experience how to deliver in groups, one to one and online via the My Career Coach Portal.
- Design your own life and career pathway plan.
- Evaluation, member library access & implementation.
Combine with the My Life Coach, School Performance, Peer coaching & Parent As Coach to form a holistic coaching program to support young people be their best in their life, career & study.

Assist young people achieve health and wellbeing plan in eight key life areas.
Includes a toolkit and 20 hours of curriculum for groups, one-on-one or via the My Life Coach portal.
Participants will be accredited as My Life Coach Leaders with Life Business Consultancy, Australia and have permission to use the program materials for not for profit purposes with the young people the support.
Training Outline:
- Overview of the My Life Coach Program & leader toolkit
- Introduction to evidence based youth coaching & positive psychology.
- Learn “The 5 Step P.O.W.E.R Coaching Model” to life and wellbeing coaching in 8 key areas:
* Emotional Health
* Physical Health
* Friendships
* Family Relationships
* Financial Health
* School & Learning
* Career Planning
* Living Environment - Practise evidence-based coaching skills and strategies proven to enhance wellbeing.
- How to coach for behaviour change using the G.O.A.L & R.E.G.O.A.L Coaching conversation.
- Develop a coaching “mindset” & connect to your coaching strengths and areas for development.
- Experience how to coach in groups, one to one and via the My Life Coach Portal.
- Design your own life and wellbeing coaching plan.
- Review, evaluation & action planning
My Life Coach can be combined with My Career Coach, Performance Coaching, Peer Coaching & the Parent As Coach Modules in the series to form a holistic program to support young people be their best in their life, career & study
