Hi, my name is Olga, and I am going to be your life coach.

The aim of the “My Life Coach” program is to help take charge and achieve greater health and wellbeing in eight key areas of your life.

I am going to guide through the five P.O.W.E.R coaching steps, using videos, activities, quiz’s and lots of lots of practical tips to help you design your own “My Life Success” action plan.

The 5 P.O.W.E.R Coaching steps

Step 1. P = Imagine Possibilities – How would you love your life to be?

Step 2. O = Become Organised – What is your plan to get there?

Step 3. W = Develop Willpower – Do you have the motivation? 

Step 4. E = Build Emotional Skills – What skills will you need to be successful?

Step 5. R = Achieve Results – What action will you take from today?

Once your plan is complete, you can return any time to review and reset your goals and steps and track your progress using the Master Goal Tracker, to keep you moving forward for your success.
