My Lifestyle coaching cards are a simple yet powerful resource to promote deep discussion to assist young people and adults to easily identify and connect to their specific lifestyle and environment preferences that would make them the happiest.
By identifying their current and preferred lifestyle preferences they can make decisions to assist them live in greater alignment with who they are and what will strengthen their sense of self and promote greater wellbeing, life satisfaction, happiness and productivity.

The card deck comes with suggested activities for groups and one to one.
