What is included?
My Career Coach program includes instant access to training and a complete career coaching toolkit that includes all the resources you need to assist young people connect to their strengths and discover their purpose and passion for life and work.
You will be able to take young people on a journey of self discovery where they will complete a Who Am I? personal profile, connect to their strengths and design an inspiring life and career pathway plan that aligns with their vision, values and desired lifestyle. Their plans can then be used as a focus for all your ongoing coaching conversations.
My Career Coach comes with up to 30 hours of curriculum that you can deliver face to face in groups, one to one or online via the My Career Coach online portal straight away.
My Life Coach provides coaches with a “ready to deliver” evidence based coaching program that will assist young people achieve greater health and wellbeing in all areas of their life.
It comes with training, a complete leaders toolkit and up to 20 hours of coaching activities so you can start coaching in groups one to one or fully online via the My Life Coach portal to suit your needs.
This Module can be combined with the career module, performance and peer coaching Modules to form an extended program with up to fifty hours of potential curriculum
Parent As Coach includes leader training and a complete toolkit so coaches can take parents on a journey of self discovery where they will learn how to lead powerful, strengths-based coaching conversations that will enhance the motivation and resilience young people need to thrive in their life, career or study.
This Module is ideally designed for parents whose children have completed their life, career or school performance pathway plans, but can also be delivered as a stand alone workshop.
