What is My Life Coach Program?
The My Life Coach program is an interactive online student LMS portal designed to assist young people take charge of their own health, wellbeing and learning.
The program will assist each young person assess their current satisfaction and performance in eight key life areas and then assist them to create a personalised action plan of the steps they will take to be their best.

Each life area includes embedded videos with step by step instructions from a virtual coach, self-assessment quizzes, tips for healthy living, plus an interactive goal tracking and personal journaling capability, where they can enter their goals and steps and then track their progress and feelings in order to reward and reinforce their efforts and promote positive behaviour change over the longer term.
My Life Coach can be delivered in the classroom and complimented with the provided extended life coaching curriculum or offered as a self-paced, wellbeing program that students can complete and revisit on their own. The program comes with teacher training and access to the back end to see how students are progressing and to identify students who may need additional support.
My Life Coach incorporates evidenced based strategies from coaching and positive psychology and hope theory, that are proven to assist young people strengthen their wellbeing and performance through a model of goal striving.
This exciting upgrade to Coaching Young People For Success program can form a pivotal part in developing a whole school approach to student wellbeing.
The Life Coaching Program Overview
