As an CYPFS accredited leader you can offer young people the “My Career Coach” online version of the program and take your career coaching programs to a new level!.
My Career Coach can be offered as a stand alone, self-paced program guided by a virtual coach or facilitated by you in your group or one to one sessions.
Young people will create and store their personal profile, and life and career goals in their online MASTER GOAL TRACKER that they can revisit and review anytime, making ongoing career planning a breeze!
(Normally $50 for the public)
My Career Coach features:
- $10 per seat per year (reduced from $50 per course for the public)
- Expired leaders can still purchase seats via their account home page.
- Access a leader group dash board to track your groups progress.
- Create sub-groups when you have large numbers.
- Embedded videos from a virtual coach to guide the whole process.
- A Master Goal Tracker where goals and plans are stored and progress tracked.
- Track their feelings and challenges in a personal journal.
- Store documents in their own library. eg: resumes, vision boards, cover letters etc..
- Print, save and share their coaching plans with their coach, parent or peers.
- A shared participant dashboard for both courses.
- All goals from both programs are combined in the one Master Goal Tracker.
