Join this transformational one day life coaching skills master class designed specifically for educators and youth practitioners who support young people in schools and the community sector.
Participants will learn key evidence-based coaching skills and how guide young people through The 5 P.O.W.E.R Coaching Steps to design a personalised wellbeing plan in eight key life areas. Their plans then provide a focus to guide and "fast track" positive and lasting behaviour change in your ongoing one-on-one or group coaching sessions.
Participants will be registered as Accredited My Life Coach leaders with Life Business Consultancy and takeaway a comprehensive leader toolkit and up to 20 hours of "ready to deliver" activities they can deliver with the young people straight away! No subscriptions required.

Start coaching young people in groups or one-on-one coaching sessions straight away.
Leaders can also coach via the My Life Coach Portal.
Leaders will also have the option to coach young people via the My Life Coach online Portal. An online interactive coaching platform where young people can create and then store their wellbeing plans in their own MASTER GOAL TRACKER. They can then reset and track their goals and download their plans over 4 years as often as they wish. Plans can be shared with their coach and parents to keep them focussed and on track to be their best self and thrive!
Leaders can purchase seats for $10 per person, with for 4 years unlimited access.
The online portal will also be showcased in the training.
Participants will be accredited as My Life Coach Leaders with Life Business Consultancy, Australia and have permission to use the program materials for not for profit purposes with the young people the support.

- Introduction to evidence based youth coaching & positive psychology.
- Learn “The 5 Step P.O.W.E.R Coaching Model” to life and wellbeing coaching in 8 key areas:

* Family Relationships
* Financial Health
* School & Learning
* Career Planning
* Living Environment - Practise evidence-based coaching skills and strategies proven to enhance wellbeing.
- How to coach for behaviour change using the G.O.A.L & R.E.G.O.A.L Coaching conversation.
- Develop a coaching “mindset” & connect to your coaching strengths and areas for development.
- Experience how to coach in groups, one to one and via the My Life Coach Portal.
- Design your own life and wellbeing coaching plan.
- Review, evaluation & action planning
My Life Coach can be combined with My Career Coach, Performance Coaching, Peer Coaching & the Parent As Coach Modules in the series to form a holistic program to support young people be their best in their life, career & study.
